Peggy Campbell

Peggy Campbell is a 1998 graduate of Washburn University School of Law. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas, and graduated magna cum lade. Ms. Campbell is licensed in the State of Texas and is admitted to practice before the United States Federal Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

She currently practices law in Houston, Texas and practices as a plaintiff’s attorney, representing clients in Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation matters, Defense Base Act claims, Texas State Workers’ Compensation, insurance bad faith, and wrongful death. 25% of Ms. Campbell’s practice is devoted to litigation.

Ms. Campbell has lectured at the Texas Workers’ Advocates Seminar (2012). She is a member of the State Bar of Texas (2000 – Present), Texas Workers’ Advocates, and Houston Trial Lawyers Association (2005 – Present).
